History of the Bulgarian Chruch
When we first came to the United States in the year 1999, we were met by a small group of a few families who gather together in fellowship. As we came to the United States we started meeting regularly rotating the meeting house each week.
All of the people who attended the meetings had serious immigration or family problems, that is why we focused our main attention on prayer and the mutural help between us.
In September, 1999 I was anoited for a pastor in the United States of America and I recieved a licence for our church. The church was registered as a Bulgarian Church within Spiritual Life Ministries.
A year later we became a separate church called Life in Chist. God help my family and I to be able to buy a big house with a large gathering room in it where we are having our meetings ever since on a weekly basis.
Our church is the founder of the Bulgarian Allience of Churches here in the United States and Canada, which was founded in the year 2000.
Our Allience meets every year. In the year 2004 our Life in Christ church was the houst of the yearly allience conference.
Currently our church has around 30 people and it is open to all people who desire to have a closer relationship with God.
Our church is international and includes people from: Bulgaria, America, Russia, Mexico. In the last seven years hundereds of Bulgarians in Minnesota have heard the good news about Jesus Christ.
Some recieved it, some didn't. God continues to do great things at our meetings.
